Q: Black 2010 Nissan Altima additions?
I just got a new 2010 Nissan Altima. I was thinking about blacking out my tail lights or whatever you want to call it. Any suggestions on how I should do this? I heard about this film you could put over, and I heard that you can also paint the tail lights. I don't know too much about cars so I'm not sure what I should do. Also, if you know any spoilers that would good on this car please say. I want to get a spoiler but I don't like the factory spoilers for the Altima. Thanks for your help :)
A: it would look nice but you have to give your Altima the race car look. Maybe you can put black on chrome wheels thinner tire size and change the exhaust. black taillight lights cover doesn't look good on a stock car, i have see many cars it don't look good. Do some research and stuff compare the car.

Q: I just bought the 2009 NIssan Altima Coupe. Should I give it back and get the 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe?
I love how the 2010 Nissan Altima looks. I financed the 2009 Nissan Altima Cpoupe Premium package 2.5. I like the 2009, it drives amazing. However, the 2010 is stunning. Is it a bad move to finance the 2010 and trade in the 2009? Will I get ripped off?
A: Molly, that would be a very stupid move. Vehicles drop the most in value just after they've been purchased. Your vehicle (2009 NIssan Altima Coupe) is probably worth a lot less now than before you bought it. If you just give it back, you won't get the value out of it and you'll have to pay for that drop in value.
And what's big deal about the 2010 Altima? It was just a mild refresh for 2010. Is it worth going in to more debt for a car that's basically the same?
Q: Is this a good deal brand new 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S for 20,000 out the door with taxes & licensing fees?

A: it is a good deal if the purchase price before tax and license is invoice cost or less not including rebates ..... ask them to show it to you. and then minus any rebates, your taxes and license costs are based on the purchase price.

A: The Grand Marquis is a freakin' fuel pig dinosaur. Old OLD design. Underpowered SOHC V8, big heavy cast iron solid live axle out back, Chassis design that dates back to the very early '80s..... It's grandma's car. Skip this unless you wear big wrap around shades, support stockings and blue hair to the bingo hall. (unless it's a Marauder....then get it.)
The Maxima is the higher end car of the remaining two. That's not a knock against the Altima which is a good car on it's own. Just the way Nissan intended it to be.

A: its a pretty nice car. i had an altima back in 2002, and i liked it. if u can, try to get an automatic. no matter what engine you get, it'll be pretty good. even though i traded the altima in for a new merc, i still like a nice underpowered car. they can be pretty fun when the time is right. also, it is pretty spacious, so that is pretty good

A: My choice would be the GTI! Even so, I can see why you like the Nissan . Its a good car. But here is why I chose the GTI:
It has won many prestigious awards. Automobile Magazine voted it Car of the Year for 2010. This is the 2nd time the GTI has garnered this coveted trophy. Indeed, its the only car that has won it twice. They bought one in 2007 and tested/thrashed it for a year. They reported that it had zero problems, even with admittedly rough treatment by enthusiastic editors!
Aside from that, the GTI comes 'standard' with a Smile! Few automotive pleasures remain greater than dancing a GTI thru a wide-sweeping curve....
I have enthusiastically driven my GTI for 4 years and 60k reliable miles now. All positive experiences.
All this from the 'old' 2006 model. Drove a 2010 and its even better! [I'm attempting to budget in a new GTI somehow]

A: both are real good vehicles but id have to choose the nissan from both of those, the nissan is a lot better choice and they are virtually trouble free vehicles,good luck.
Q: Nissan Altima 2010 sound help?? please help?
I just got a new nissan altima 2010 and i burned songs onto a cd to play in my car before i bought the connection wire so i can play my ipod in the car.with the cd, the music sounded fine, there were no problems. i had loud bass songs and they played fine. now when i play it on my ipod in the car (keep in mind im playing the same songs as on the cd) it sounds almost like static. whenevers theres bass it doesnt sound good. it kinda sounds like a speaker blew out, but i know it didnt cause i can play it on the cd and it sounds fine. why is this happening? please help.
A: This might sound simple, but make sure that the cord is pushed in all the way. My buddy was describing the same problem to me and he just had to push the cord in a little bit harder into his iPod and it cleared right up. Since the CD's work fine, its gotta be the cord. Make sure its plugged in both ends properly. If that doesn't work, then try a different cord. If a new cord doesn't work, take it to a dealership and let warranty take care of it.

A: William it is good to see people waiting until they can afford to own a car. Now go out and buy one? Getting ready might include Sears Driving School. Then after getting your license and driving a while. Find a high performance driving school at a road racing track in your area. One and two day classes will give you experience at speed.
All I can tell you it is a good idea to talk to your bank or credit union before the Dealership experience. There are good interest rates available. Use the "nissanusa.com" web site so you will know features and options and prices. Man under 25 insurance rates will be expensive. Financed cars banks require full coverage insurance. a good car? cause im buying 1 on sunday is it a better than a honda i'm 18 and i want something sporty and reliable honda accord or altima which 1 is better?
A: Base model car not many cool options Altima S. Used car like a one or two year old car like a 3.5 liter Altima LE or SL looks exactly the same on the outside. Economy is tough there are cars for sale out there just get it checked over CAR-FAX and mechanically by a third party technician.

A: The Altima is just a little step high then a Corolla in the fun factor. The Mazda3 beats it by a mile when it comes to handling, oh and gas mileage, the hatchback is very practical, some people may not like the "smiling" grill but it doesn't bother me, and Mazda has a ton of performance parts to get some more HP out of it, if you buy the Mazdaspeed performance parts it will not void your warranty. The Mazda3 is just more youthful and fun then an oversize sedan.
If you know how to drive a stick, look at the Mazdaspeed3, it is just like a Mazda3 hatchback but comes with a factory turbo that brings it to 263 HP and 280 torque, and still gets incredible MPG.
